How frustrating and disappointing it is that after they put a crown on my baby’s tooth it immediately became infected days later. After two hospital visits and a pointless Emergency appointment here, today was the day to finally get this infected tooth out of his mouth two months later. Well today within 10 mins of our appointment my 6 year old jerks and squirm as he sees the large numbing needle, that’s normal for a kid right I mean there are adults who can’t even stand to see needles. You would think my 6 year old would be handle with care and patience. No instead Dr. Song told him, “I have another patient I don’t have time for this.” Thanks to his assistance for taking an approach to try and calm my son down talking to him after the “Dr” walked out. When he came back in she let him know my son would like to try again. But again naturally the 6 year old jerk and squirm again when the needle came. This time Dr.Song took his gloves off and proceeded to say he can’t do the extraction. What a joke of a place and Dr he is especially one that doesn’t have patience for little kids. He mentioned before everything, how my son’s regular dentist here at Promise Healthcare say my son alway

This clinic is truly a sanctuary, and it is all thanks to the incredible team working here. No matter what problem you walk in with, every single staff member goes above and beyond to help. If you have an appointment expect to wait 40-60 minutes before being seen. Don't allow them to get away with the bull crap either. 15 minute visits ain't enough time to say your name. You will not be respected. If you're late they want to reschedule you. Don't waste your time, money, or insurance claims

Had a very good experience here today. Jacara is very nice and so is Dr Song. Last time I came here I did not have a good experience and that as a few years ago. This time it was very nice and relatively quick. They’ve definitely made some improvements and I hope it stays this way!

Did not have a good experience here at all! Before I came I asked detailed questions to see if this was a good fit for my son. I told the person on the phone that I was looking for a PEDIATRIC dentist for my son and that I had a referral. She told me they didn’t have one but she pleaded that they still could do work with him. She asked me to fax over the referral to two different numbers ( this was a week prior) For one, I don’t live in this town so I traveled 45 minutes to get here. I arrived and staff didn’t greet, didn’t even acknowledge me, after waiting to even be checked in they told me I was in the wrong place and to go through a set of double doors. I reached where I was supposed to be and another rude clerk. Okay we are finally called back and the lady who was trying to get X-rays for my FOUR year old son acted as if she was talking to an adult. I told her he is four and he does not understand what you are trying to do with him (get X-rays of his teeth) she became flustered with him and said if he won’t allow her to do this after one more try she’s going to have the doctor come in and just do a visual I told her to just do that because the way she was instructing him he co
